نقوم بشحن طلباتكم إلى مختلف دول العالم خلال 7-14 يوم عمل حسب موقعك وطريقة الشحن المختارة.

داخل الإمارات والخليج، قد تصل الطلبات بشكل أسرع وفقاً لمزودي الشحن.

We ship worldwide within 7-14 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

For UAE and GCC countries, delivery may arrive sooner based on courier services.

الإرجاع | Returns

نحن نهتم برضاكِ! يمكنكِ طلب إرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يوماً من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وفي حالتها الأصلية مع التغليف.

Your satisfaction is our priority! You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and packaging.

• لا نقبل إرجاع المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة (خاصة أدوات التجميل والعناية بالبشرة).
• Opened or used products (especially beauty tools and skincare) are non-returnable.
• يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن في حال الإرجاع، ما لم يكن هناك خطأ من طرفنا.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

استرداد المبالغ | Refunds

بمجرد استلامنا للمنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سيتم إشعارك بحالة الاسترداد.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding your refund status.

سيتم استرداد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5-10 أيام عمل.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
